These Terms apply to appointments booked on this website with Myhree Motors LLC, 461 N Main St, Williston, FL 32696, operating as Myhree Motors and TMT Offroad ("we," "us," "our"). By booking an appointment, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

Booking An Appointment

You choose a shop, a service, and an available date and time. Your time is held for a short period while you complete your deposit payment. Prices shown are starting prices or estimates unless stated otherwise; the final price depends on your vehicle and the work needed, and we will tell you about any additional work before we do it.

Deposit And Cancellation Policy

• A deposit holds your appointment. Deposits are paid online by card through Stripe.
• Your deposit is applied toward your final bill.
• If you cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment, your deposit is refunded.
• The deposit is non-refundable if you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment or do not show up.
• A forfeited deposit can be applied toward future service with us.
• To cancel or change an appointment, call us at (352) 528-1212 (Myhree Motors) or (352) 441-0343 (TMT Offroad).

SMS Terms

Program name: Myhree Motors & TMT Offroad Appointment Alerts

• What you will receive: appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, and service updates about your visit. We do not send marketing or promotional messages.
• How you opt in: by providing your mobile number when you book and agreeing to the text message notice on the booking form.
• Message frequency: varies, usually about 1 to 3 messages per booking.
• Costs: Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile plan.
• Opt out: reply STOP at any time. You will receive one message confirming you are unsubscribed, and then no more texts from us. You may need to re-book or contact us if you want to receive texts again.
• Help: reply HELP for help, or contact us at (352) 528-1212 or myhreemotors1212@gmail.com.
• Consent is not a condition of purchase. Agreeing to receive text messages is not required to buy any goods or services from us. If you prefer not to receive texts, you can book by phone at (352) 528-1212.
• Carriers: carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your mobile carrier and coverage.
• Privacy: mobile information will not be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy.

Using This Website

Please give accurate information when you book, and do not misuse the website or try to interfere with it. We may cancel or refuse a booking that appears fraudulent or abusive, and will refund any deposit for a booking we cancel.

Service And Warranty

Work is performed by our technicians at the shop you booked. Any warranty on parts or labor is provided at the shop when you pick up your vehicle. Nothing on this website changes the terms of your repair order.

Limitation Of Liability

This website is provided "as is." To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the website, such as missed text messages or temporary unavailability. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under Florida or federal law.

Changes To These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always posted on this page with its effective date. Governing law is the State of Florida.
